PTSD Group Meeting

We’re human. We stumble. When this happens, we need to reach out to others for help. Part of this group is to not only realize that we all stumble, but when we stumble we can reach out for someone to help us through those tough times. It also means that we too can be there to help pick someone else up. We can be there to listen, to understand and to help them through their demons.
